We stand behind the ritual. If you do the 5-minute ritual every morning for 30 days and don't see a difference — or you simply don't love it — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
You don't need to return the product. Just email hello@byrituel.com with your order number and we'll process your refund right away.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund:
- Email us at hello@byrituel.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number (starts with #)
- Tell us briefly what wasn't right — we read every message and use it to improve
We'll confirm your refund by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — sometimes it's instant, sometimes it takes a few days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@byrituel.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We try to cancel orders before they ship, but we can't guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed. If your order has already shipped, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
Shipping Information
We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Standard delivery is 4–7 business days after processing (1–2 business days). Tracking is provided for every order.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays but will always help you track a package that's late.
Free standard shipping on orders over $25.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
If the package is truly lost or stolen, email us at hello@byrituel.com and we'll help you file a claim or send a replacement.
